  • Embarkation time: Arrive at the pier at least 15 minutes before the cruise starts
  • Embarkation point: From the wharf near Stefanik’s bridge (Štefánikův most). (The cruise starts and finishes at the same place.)

*Exceptionally, the cruise route may change due to the limited capacity of the lock chambers or their temporary closure. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence these unexpected events. However, the duration of the cruise will always be maintained.

Additional information

Net cruise time:

The cruise itself is about 10 minutes shorter due to the need for debarkation (getting off the boat).

Limitations:

Luggage such as suitcases and large bags are not allowed.

Accessibility:

The boat does not have a fully barrier-free entrance. Passengers must be able to walk – on their own or with the help of staff – at least a few steps and stairs.

Baby stroller and wheelchair:

Baby stroller and wheelchair must be foldable., Baby stroller or wheelchair is free of charge, however, this fact (including the number of pieces) must be typed in the "Order notes" to inform the boat's staff.
