The sauna on the ship Avoid on Rašínovo nábřeží continues to have a permit to operate. Only the contractual partner of the city has changed, so the operation of the sauna continues without interruption. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sauna on the Avoid gallery ship, which is moored at Rašín’s quay near the railway bridge in Vytautas, will remain in operation until at least March 2025. This is despite a change in contractual relations on the vessel, which TRADE CENTRE PRAHA (TCP)<\/em>, the manager of Prague’s embankments, had to make. <\/p>\n\n

Due to a serious breach of the contractual conditions, the contract was not renewed for the association Dvojka sebe, which was the original contractual partner and lessor of the riverside edge area – the lessee continued to sublease the subject of the lease to other parties without the lessor’s knowledge and approval, which was in violation of the contract with HMP, and it expired on 11 November 2024. <\/p>\n\n

TCP<\/em> has therefore reached an agreement directly with the sauna operator, who will thus be able to continue to offer its services to
visitors. “We don’t want to punish visitors to the popular sauna for the fact that the Dvojka association has not fulfilled its contractual obligations. That is why we have held several negotiations which resulted in a new contract directly between TCP a.s. and the sauna operator,” <\/em> explains Martin Habřinský, head of the management of the TRADE CENTRE PRAHA<\/em> riverfront. “Only the middleman has been removed, so traffic can continue without interruption.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n

This solution will ensure the continuity of the sauna’s operation and guarantees that visitors to the Prague Embankment will be able to continue to use
this popular relaxation area even in the winter months. Since this year, people can also visit the
sauna on the opposite side, on the Smíchov embankment. <\/p>\n\n
